UX Designer at E-health Agency

We are now looking for a UX Designer for the Design and Architecture unit.
As the agency expands rapidly and is in the midst of an agile transformation journey, you can help shape the internal culture of the agency and ensure a user-centered approach.
About the position
In the role of UX Designer, you will:
- contribute to the continuous improvement of our digital services for the web in agile work teams
- create design proposals in the form of concepts and sketches from idea to detailed UI design
- plan and conduct usability tests with various target groups
- work for a holistic perspective by contributing to the agency's design system compliance
- ensure that services meet accessibility requirements
- plan and conduct research in the form of feasibility studies and usability tests.
The Design and Architecture unit is part of the Department of Pharmaceuticals, which develops and manages national digital services for safe and efficient medication management in healthcare, pharmacies, and for residents. In the unit, UX designers and architects work together to ensure good user experience, accessibility, and sustainable solutions in some of Sweden's most critical systems, such as the National Medication List, Medication Check, Pharmacological Analysis, and Prescription Check. Here you will have the opportunity to influence both solutions and working methods in a growing organization with significant social responsibility.
About you

You will work with complex issues, which requires you to be flexible and have problem-solving analytical skills. The agency is growing and evolving, and you are someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and sees opportunities in change.
We are looking for someone who has:
- a relevant academic degree in the IT field with a focus on interaction design or equivalent education or knowledge acquired through work
- at least three years of documented experience working with interaction design at both conceptual and detailed levels. Portfolio to be attached to the application!
- good knowledge of Figma to create wireframes and interactive prototypes
- experience with digital accessibility and WCAG requirements
- good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
It is an advantage for the position if you have:
- experience planning, conducting, and analyzing usability tests
- experience planning and facilitating workshops
- experience with agile methodology (SAFe)
- experience in public sector work
